HAMSA are committed to providing environmentally conscious designs and construction which aligns itself with the Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA). GBCSA standards will be conformed to for grade of design in respect to 5 star buildings. HAMSA will be responsible for efficient designing, construction monitoring, and project management as well as provide Measurement and Verification (M&V) for the green building. The Typical life-cycle of a green building is as follows: design, construction monitoring, project management, operations monitoring, maintenance management, renovation, and demolition, upgrade and replacement of non-compliant infrastructure.
